Tavoli KUMI
Kumi, dal giapponese assemblare, costruire, lavorare insieme, è un sistema di tavoli modulari realizzati in legno con fresa CNC. Possono essere usati singolarmente o uniti in diverse configurazioni, risultando flessibili e inclusivi, grazie anche all’accessibilità per chi utilizza la sedia a ruote.
Come funziona
Il tavolo è realizzato in legno, completamente ad incastro e può essere realizzato con una fresa CNC.
Ogni tavolo ha fori integrati che permettono di collegarli tra loro o aggiungere accessori come lampade e portapenne. La forma di partenza è l’esagono, da cui derivano trapezi con angoli arrotondati, pratici e sicuri.

Kumi, from the Japanese word for to assemble, build, work together is a system of modular tables made of wood using a CNC milling machine. They can be used individually or joined together in different configurations, making them flexible and inclusive, thanks also to their accessibility for wheelchair users.
How it works
The table is made of wood, completely interlocking, and can be made with a CNC milling machine.
Each table has integrated holes that allow them to be connected to each other or to add accessories such as lamps and pen holders. The starting shape is a hexagon, from which trapezoids with rounded corners are derived, making them practical and safe.
